Time to experiment- new dip idea

With the sun shining and still a fine collection of nasturtiums in the gardens yet untouched by frost I thought it worth an experiment to test the power and wasabi qualities of this versatile little plant. So along came the Red Pepper, Nasturtium ( seeds and leaves), Garlic, Butter Beans, Olive oil and seasoned to taste, topped with a nasturtium flower for presentation. I really like to try different types of ingredients and see what comes out...Who knows..This was rather pleasing and has a gentle kick to it.
